Miniscule – a sound and taste experience

Miniscule 1

The French Institut brought Joburg residents something very interesting for their Francophone Week – a performance of new music in which three musicians, Carlo Mombelli, Jill Richards and Joao Orecchia, interpreted tastes of peppers and chillis musically. We, the audience, got to taste what they were interpreting and to listen to their interpretation. We could decide whether we agreed with it or not. It was a fascinating experience.
