Try saying the name with the same inflection as “Madiba Magic”. That’s what it is meant to sound like.
This little, and short, variety show is produced, but apparently not directed, by Jean-Pierre Murray-Kline. It needs direction. The stars, Irit Noble doing caberet, and Olwethu Dyantyi doing illusion magic, are both fine, even good, as individuals. However, this is a bit like the curate’s egg, excellent only in parts. The linkages are not good and the whole felt under-rehearsed, embarrassingly so.
It is mostly fun, but perhaps not worth the price of the ticket (R130). Booking details on the graphic below.
