‘Tis the Season to be Jolly (Christmas 2013)

I love Christmas. As part of this I love Christmas music from Boney M through the popular sacred and secular standards and beyond, into the realm of little known early Christmas music. I love it in formalised Christian worship such as ‘Nine Lessons and Carols’ and in informal picnic community carol services. I love the lights of Christmas. I love the message of Christmas, sacred and secular. Here is a list of some of the Christmas events in Gauteng, some of which I have sometimes attended, and some of which I always attend if I can, and the ones in bold print are the ones I intend going to this year, weather permitting and Deo Volente, of course!
